All of our dishes are served on Injera, a traditional Ethiopian flat bread (crepe). Those dishes are solely served with themselves, it is recommended to order in complement of what the guests at your table choose.
Typical Ethiopian sauce prepared with smoked peppers and over 20 imported organic spices. It is dark red and fairly spicy.
